A True Seeker

Are you a seeker of Truth

Over the centuries, human beings have made tremendous scientific technological progress, leading to unimagined levels of wealth creation and material prosperity. In spite of this, in almost all countries, whether developed or developing, dissatisfaction, stress, physical, mental and emotional diseases abound and have increased over the years. More than ever, people are now rushing to look for inner peace and find themselves adopting alternative life-styles, participating in religious cults, or in some unfortunate cases resorting to drugs. The question to ask ourselves then is: What do we search? What is the real purpose of our life? What is that we really desire?

To understand life we must have our Self-Realization, which is the ultimate goal of all religions and spiritual traditions of the world.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

There is an innate spirituality in every culture which finds an expression in its traditions, literature, languages and saintly scholars. Many great incarnations, seers and saints all over the world have sacrificed and contributed for the evolution of human beings; which gave rise to different religions. The basic underlying teaching of all these religions, however, is same; namely that human beings must rise above their ego and illusions and get Self- Realization (Atma Sakshatkar in Sanskrit). This process is the final leap in the history of human evolution which, in fact is the Divine intention of creation of human life.

Through the practice of Sahaja Yoga, our awareness gains a new dimension where absolute truth can be felt tangibly - on our central nervous system. As a result of this happening, our spiritual ascent takes place effortlessly and physical, mental and emotional balance are achieved as a byproduct of this growth of our awareness.

We then realize that we are not this body, mind, ego, conditionings, emotions or intellect, but something of an eternal nature which is always residing in our heart in a pure, undisturbed state - the Self or Spirit. The Spirit is the source of true knowledge, peace and joy. Self Realization is the actualization of this connection with our Spirit, which as Shri Mataji advocates, is the birthright of every human being.

The manifestation of the Kundalini is called Vibrations, which is an approximate translation of the Sanskrit term Chaitanya. Shri Mataji explained that Chaitanya (Vibrations) is the integrated force of our physiological, mental, emotional and religious Selves.

COOL YOUR MIND!

Thoughtless Awareness is one of the most amazing states of mind one can achieve. You may not be familiar with this phenomenon but those who did, they will say its cool! Believe it or not these seemingly illogical experience have become part of the English language because they are unconscious recognitions of a deeper knowledge within all of us. A knowledge of a subtle energy system of Chakras and Channels and the way that they work to produce many of the odd sensations and intuitions that all of us experience from time to time.

Every time you find something stunning, especially in nature or art - an awesome sunset, a breathtaking image, etc. - you become thoughtless!

However, when achieved more often (ideally on a daily basis), thoughtless awareness can give you a significant advantage in any area of your life.
